CopperHead
So the core rule talks about felling back in the movement section, but I think I have missed how a unit actually ends up falling back? It is not under morale phase anymore. Note. Missed all of 8th ed. Getting back into 9th ed.
0 Krefey
Falling back is an option during the movement phase. So if you're engaged in melee, you can choose to fallback, but you forgo any shooting or being able to charge (unless you have rules that say you can do those things). It no longer happens as a result of failing a morale check. Failing a morale check means you lose models instead, that's it.
