Krefey Posted Thursday at 02:23 AM Posted Thursday at 02:23 AM Almost half way through the year already...let's see what you are doing this month! Quote
mikewicked Posted Thursday at 04:29 AM Posted Thursday at 04:29 AM Ugh, actually missed that it was now June. The year is flying... Quote
Gus Posted Thursday at 12:25 PM Posted Thursday at 12:25 PM Agreed, 2026 nearly half way thru already, I am still wondering where 1988 went TBH. getting too old. Regarding painting did some stuff last month but sadly never finished anything so hopefully can do so this month if my work would leave me alone (working from 10pm tmr night to 8am Saturday, yay). Big nights knacker you as you get older for weeks...sigh. Anyway, on a positive I have a few units close to completion, subject to motivation and time. So happy June folks, and Hey @Krefey, Tuesday 16th next KoW event at Akikambara. Pls let me know if you can make it. Last Tuesday (2nd June was just crap weather, and I had to work late blah , blah so failed to make it, a few of the reg locals were also AWOL so not sure what happened on the night). They play a bunch of other games there anyways (Halo, card stuff I have no clue of so probs interesting in general for your average gamer) and they have some paints etc so always something going on. Krefey Posted Friday at 12:59 AM Author Posted Friday at 12:59 AM Hey @Gus I'll try and pop down, but maybe won't play and can sit and chat / see how the game plays. 1 Quote
Rossco Posted Sunday at 11:32 AM Posted Sunday at 11:32 AM Hobby bits and pieces as I am clearing space on my to-do trays. First up are some Age of Sigmar chain rasps. They were in the cheap Issue #1 so I bought lots of them as generic project fodder. These ones will be having game time as Spectres in my Nightstalkers army for the Firefight rules by Mantic. Next is the second half of a unit of 25mm javelinmen for my ancient Gallic army. These figures were sculpted by Irregular Miniatures a few decades ago and they are still serviceable. My Gauls will be fighting Romans using the Clash of Spears skirmish rules. Last photo is some 28mm Frankish crossbowmen, suitable for 10th to 13th century armies. Most likely they will have table time as part of a Lion Rampant army. 2 Quote
mikewicked Posted yesterday at 03:24 AM Posted yesterday at 03:24 AM Lives in a house, very big house in the country... Getting there. Need to wash it in marine juice, but I'll probably wait until I've got more of the greebles and side-structures done. 2 Quote

And I can hear Blur singing in my head, so time to watch a couple of Youtube videos. Quote
